Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2 cups creamed cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1 clove chopped garlic
2 teaspoons salt
7 cups potato, cooked & diced
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
paprika to garnish

Method

Combine the creamed cottage cheese, sour cream, sliced green onion, chopped garlic and salt.

Fold in the potatoes and pour in greased 1-1/2 flat-ish casserole dish.

Top with the grated cheese and light dusting of paprika.
