Apple Crisp

Ingredients

4 med apples
½ Cup flour
½ Cup rolled oats
¼ Cup wheat germ
¼ Cup brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1/3 Cup margarine

Method

Slice cored apples into ½ inch thick pieces and spread evenly into a baking dish.

Combine the dry ingredients and cut in ½ cup soft margarine to make a crumbly mixture.

Sprinkle over the apples and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.

Apple crisp is done when juice is bubbling on the sides and topping is golden brown.
