One bowl chocolate cake

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup baking cocoa 2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs 1 cup hot water

Frosting

¼ cup butter
1 cups powdered sugar
¼ tsp vanilla
1/8 cup milk
½ cup baking cocoa

Method

Combine the dry ingredients, stir in oil, buttermilk and eggs. Add water and stir until combined. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until done.

Frosting

Cream butter, beat in sugar and vanilla, add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency
