Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and grated
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
cloves, optional
nutmeg, optional
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Method

Mix well together. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Bake in 350F
oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
