Ingredients
4 Carrots
3 Small onions
Risotto rice or long grain 250g or more if needed
A tin or from frozen sweetcorn
2 tbsp of vegetable stock or cube mixed with water 275ml
Half a courgette
Method
Start by dicing the carrots, onions and courgette, then get a saucepan with a high top, add some oil on heat 5 and then put in the diced carrots, onions and courgette.
Sweat until the onions soften then add the sweetcorn and some of the water with stock, also the rice, then turn heat up to 7. Add all the water and stock that’s left and stir until the rice has gone soft and be careful you don't burn the bottom of the pan.
You do 2 mins of stirring then 1 min with lid on.prodaja stanova
