Cheating Sweetcorn Pudding

Ingredients

1 tin of sweetcorn
1 pint of milk
4 eggs
1 oz. of butter
8 oz. of flour
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
pepper and salt to taste

Method

Super simple to do ...

Make a batter of the flour, eggs and milk.

Add the other ingredients, quick good stir then pour the mixture into a pie-dish.

Let it bake in a hot oven for about 1 hour.
