I have spent the last two seasons cooking and baking in a Restaurant and have locally been named as 'the cake man'. Everything is cooked and baked on the premises and I have produced all of the Vegetarian and Vegan dishes; most of which have had great feedback.

Amongst them many Vegan Cakes, and Gluten-free too. But this is a seasonal business, dead in the winter and not something that will pay the rent year round. So, is there a market for vegan cakes by post??
