Bulgur Wheat with Vegetables

I'd bought a packet of bulgur wheat on a fitness thinking spree in the supermarket, and then didn't find a bulgar wheat recipe until it was almost out of date. This is that bulgur wheat recipe, and a pretty good one it is too.
Ingredients
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced courgettes
1 cup water
1/2 cup bulgur wheat
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 vegetable stock cube, or vegetable gravy granules
1/2 tsp basil, dried crushed
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp thyme or marjoram, crushed
1 dash of pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Method
In a medium saucepan combine mushrooms, courgettes, water, bulgur wheat, onion, green pepper, garlic, stock or granules, basil, celery seed thyme or marjoram, and pepper.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat; stir in chopped tomato.
Let stand 5 minutes or till all the liquid is absorbed.
Fluff the bulgur wheat mixture with a fork.
