A little italian twist on cheese on toast.
1 unsliced loaf ( ½ lb) French bread
2 tbs butter, softened
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese *
Slice bread lengthwise, spread cut side with butter, sprinkle with 1/2 Italian seasoning, top with cheeses and remaining Italian seasoning.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
* Traditional Parmesan is not exactly a vegetarian cheese, there are though a limited number of alternatives.
