Grilled Sweetcorn with Lime Butter

Lush little side dish.
1 Lime, zest and juice
1 tsp paprika
1/8th tsp cayenne pepper
4 corn on the cobs
Salt and pepper to season
Cook the corn cobs under a preheated grill for 10-12 minutes, turning several times. Keep them low under the grill, not too close to the heat.
Meanwhile, add all the other ingredients to a pan and allow to melt and mix well.
Once the corn cobs are cooked, brush liberally with the lime butter, turning the cobs, giving them a thorough dowsing .. and serve!
