Homemade Ketchup

Preparation Time : 10 mins total 
Difficulty : Easy 

Your own ketchup without the high fructose corn syrup and whatever else. You will need a liquidiser, keep it in the fridge and it will last a fortnight.

Ingredients

3 jars of Tomato Paste
cup white vinegar or a cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons honey or cane sugar, or about tsp stevia powder
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon mustard powder
A pinch of Cinnamon
A pinch of ground cloves
A pinch of all-spice
A pinch of cayenne pepper
1 cup of water

Method

Put everything in a blender or food processor and liquidize well. Place it in the fridge to let flavours blend overnight.
