One Pot Quorn Casserole
Not quite my mums tata ash, but a very robust quorn casserole. The slower you cook it the fuller the flavour.
4 medium carrots
4 medium potatoes
1 small head of cabbage
1 packet quorn pieces
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
Quarter the potatoes, cut the carrots into cubes and slice the cabbage.
Put the carrots and potatoes in the bottom of either an electric casserole pot, or a thick bottomed pan.
Add the quorn pieces, then put cabbage on top. Add about 1 cup of water.
Bring to a boil and the turn down and cook about 20 minutes or until tender.
