Quick Peanut Sauce

Quick peanut sauce to accompany a range of oriental and Indian dishes

Ingredients

6 tbsp peanuts
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup vegetable stock

Method

If the peanuts are salted; give them a little rinse to wash off most of the salt and drain and dry. Plain peanuts better option.

Simple as can be .. add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
