            Do you miss those little Samosas. Try a pretty good veggie samosa recipie. 
            Ingredients
            50g frozen peas  
            1 small carrot, cut into small dice  
            1 tbsp olive oil  
            1 small onion, finely chopped  
            1 clove garlic, crushed  
            300g Quorn mince  
            1-2 heaped tbsp Balti curry paste, depending on how hot you like your food  
            8 sheets filo pastry, 40cm x 28.5cm  
            40g butter, melted  
            1 tbsp sesame seeds  
            Tzatziki to serve 
            Method
            Cook peas and carrot in a pan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain well. 
             
            Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onion and garlic and cook over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add Quorn mince, curry paste and vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool. 
             
            Lay one sheet of filo on a clean work surface, bursh lightly with melted butter, and then fold into 3, lengthways. 
             
            Spoon 1 tbsp of the Quorn mixture onto the pastry about 4cm from the end. Fold the left corner of the filo diagonally to the right side of the dough to cover the filling. Continue folding in the same way until you reach the end of the sheet. 
             
            Repeat the process with remaining sheets of filo. 
             
            Place the samosas on a lightly greased baking sheet, brush with a little more melted butter and sprinkle over a few sesame seeds. 
             
            Bake at 200°C/400°C mark 6 for 15 mins or until golden. Serve with a spoonful of tzatziki.smrtovnice
