Movie time treat
30g/ 1oz butter
5 tbs corn for making popcorn
lg pinch saffron strands
Melt the butter in a small heavy bottomed pan, you'll need one with a lid. Stir in the saffron.
Add one or two grains of corn, when they pop the butter is at the right temperature - add the rest of the corn. Cover with the lid and give the pan a shake or two.
When the popping stops the popcorn is ready, sprinkle a big pinch of salt, toss a little to move the salt round the corn and eat warm.
