One of my favourite salads for the buffet table.
Ingredients
4 ounces pasta, uncooked
8 ounces crab chunks
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup chopped peppers
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Method
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions in large saucepan.
Drain.
Combine the remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Stir together the dressing ingredients. Toss with the crab mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day ahead.
