Strawberries And Spiced Honey

Wild honey spiced with chipotle chile powder and lemon juice, drizzled over chilled strawberries. Taste sensation!

Ingredients

1 cup wildflower honey
1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder, cayenne can be substituted
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Crushed ice
6 cups washed strawberries, ripe and whole

Method

Combine the honey with the chipotle chile powder and the lemon juice.

Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, letting the falvours mix together.

Spoon the honey into small ramekins or small bowls and
place each ramekin in the center of a large shallow wide-rimmed soup bowl.

Arrange crushed ice around the ramekins. Place the strawberries on the ice and serve.smrtovnice
