Something for the buffet when you're sick of vol-au-vents. A definite change of pace, and you can be sure of an empty plate.
8 flour tortillas
16 slices quorn ham slices
16 ounces cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 ounces chopped black olives
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, olives and onions together.
Spread on the tortillas.
Lay the quorn ham on top of the filling and roll up tightly.
Chill before cutting; and then cut into 1-inch pieces.
Cover tightly until used and keep chilled.
